Request Account Deletion

At ListiMate, we respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to support@thelistimate.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
3. In the email, include your registered email address and confirm that you want all data removed.
4. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once the deletion is complete.

What Data is Deleted?

• ✅ Your account details (email & user ID)
• ✅ All saved grocery lists and items
• ✅ Any other personal data linked to your account

What Data is Retained?

• ❌ Anonymous usage data (for app performance insights, but no personal identifiers)
• ❌ Transactional email logs (for compliance, retained for up to 30 days)
